Upper Deck - Winter Fresh Air For those who love the crisp winter air, the upper deck offers an invigorating experience with unobstructed views of the illuminated city. Perfect for photography! What to Wear: Dress warmly in layers. We recommend warm jacket, gloves, and a hat if you plan to spend time on the upper deck.
